Slowest drive thru. Doesn't give napkins. Phone doesn't work. Gives you the wrong order although they claim to confirm accuracy.

a good chunk of the menu items were unavailable. fries were cold and hard. my friend was given the wrong sandwich. food was thrown in the bag haphazardly. all the tables were dirty. manager yelled at staff the whole time we were eating. no napkins were out and the ketchup dispenser, which we had to use a fries cup for as there were no sauce cups, was basically empty.

Waited 5m to order n 15m for my order, my burger was cold and missing a burger patty. The cheese wasn't even melted. All that time waiting my bacinator fries were sitting in the bad. Aweful. All Meriden fast food is the same.

Ordered through the app to pick up my food at the drive through. Got to the drive through and there were 5 more vehicles in front of me. So I was number 6 in line. I got my food after 40 minutes in line and it was incomplete!! So I had to wait few more minutes to get the items I was missing at the window. I definitely will not recommend that location to anyone. Gave 3 stars because the food was good and the price is the best in the area.
