The Edge rocks! They have so many group classes to attend every day and the group trainers are awesome! I recommend BodyBalance, BodyCombat, BodyPump, HIIT, Les Mills Core, and Rhythm Ride!

Do not get into a contract with any edge gym. I canceled my account months ago since I got a 1 year agreement and no longer needed it.. 4 months later and I’m still getting charged when I canceled it on top of late fees. Which they will never see a penny of!! Worst gym to sign up with, customer service is no help and the people in sales are rude and of no help.

I did the 7-Day free pass but because I was out of state they refuse to honor it. Then when they let you win they take your ID hostage until you leave. I waited 30 minutes for them to give me my i d. Then from there she refused to honor the 7-Day trial period. Never been treated so poorly I'll never come back.

Signed up for 7 day trial to try out a gym, although well equipped I was disappointed. I didn’t get shown around AT ALL. I stopped in, even made an appointment to come at a specific time, well when I came all they did was take my ID and tell me to be go ahead and workout. I had no idea where anything was; locker room, gym, any amenities which were listed on their website, ect. I went one day and won’t return simply because of the my experience on the first visit. Adding to this review. I received a phone call this morning telling me that no one from the sales department was there on a Thursday. I guess you need to be in sales to be a decent human? And for some reason when my boyfriend went the day before, he said one of the STAFF MEMBERS welcomed him on a tour of the ENTIRE gym. Even asked what he was interested in working on while visiting the gym, AND even gave him a card to scan for the next time he came. I didn’t get ANY OF THIS. Also I didn’t mention, me and my boyfriend both signed up, one day apart. And he had an entirely different experience, I guess maybe it’s discriminatory against me for whatever reason. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

If the gym was back to being open 24/7 then you would probably have more clients. Many people have been turned off to going certain places because of large crowds. The 24/7 option would allow people to continue with their health goals while still feeling comfortable to do so at your establishment. Just an idea 💡😉
According to their Social Media blast, Edge Fitness Clubs is halting all billing until the gyms are back open. If you were already charged, or in the process of being billed, they are issuing a credit, which will take 7-10 days to process back to an account.

The are open always to take someone money and dont forget when you sign up with edge you cant get out at all .
