I wear Torrid exclusively and LOVE the brand. The manager on the particular day I went was awful. The sales person told me as soon as I walked in that they may not have stock of the item I was looking for because “people steal things all the time.” I didn’t need their drama. They didn’t want to sell anything since they were gossiping at the checkout I stead of making sure I found things I was looking for. Hopefully this location will hire all new staff. Until then, I won’t be back. 👋
