I was told yesterday that they would not take back THEYRE OWN faulty crank sensor that sold me because of them being rude and having no common sense I was forced to spend money on stuff I didn’t need because they won’t refund me for a faulty crank sensor that NAPA had sold to me 8 hour before hand. I will be back maybe with a lawyer but you people will be paying for your rude and careless mistake

Our prices are very fair, but sometimes an oddball part (with extreme difficulty looking up and finding), may be priced a bit high due to poor availability, or higher acquisition cost. With that said, we will always find your part, and resell it at fair market value. Also, 99% of the time we waive shipping costs if your part is not in stock and is ordered UPS, FEDX, or USPS, through the wide network of sources NAPA has provided us with! We also DO accept the NAPA credit card. Unfortunately, sometimes synchrony’s system is down at the store....causing us to temporarily not be able to process them. This is rare, but it does happen.
