I am going to continue to order a full cow every year. The meat is delicious and you can tell the quality when browing the ground beef compared to store baught. The steaks are easily in the top 3 things I've eaten in a long time, my fiancé absolutly demolished them. Ryan was awesome to deal with, he responded to emails fast and explained the entire process. I can't recommend Savage Hill Cattle Company enough and I have had several co-workers ask when I'm ordering again because they want in! Just make sure you have a freezer large enough.

Thankful for a freezer stocked with the finest meats from Savage Hill Cattle Co.! As the other reviewers have stated, the process for ordering & pick up is simple and effortless. We're mostly carnivore and bypassing the grocery store saves us time and money AND nourishes us at a deeper level. Feels so good to be supporting our local farmers too! This is the first time we have ordered a 1/2 cow and we have zero regrets!

I just purchased my first side of beef from Savage Hill and I could not be happier with this farm. The owners were quick to respond by email and helpful. I found the price to be very reasonable, especially with how I was able to customize my order. I have purchased a side of grass fed beef before and I enjoyed it but it was on the tough and gamey side. I haven't tried the steaks yet, but this is the BEST ground beef I have ever tasted in my life. If I didn't know better I would swear it was not grass fed. Will absolutely be purchasing again next year!

Ryan is GREAT. My family has been getting beef from Ryan’s farm since 2012 or so. FANTASTIC quality and service. We had a problem with one of our order once and Ryan came through and made us super happy. He really does care about his customers and their enjoyment of his product. Will keep buying from Saváge Hill as long as I live!
