I did not purchase a car from here, however I did receive assistance from the parts department on a repair for a vehicle that I was charged with. The service was a little slow, however they did an excellent job as far as locating the part and helping me Determine the appropriate course of action. I would not hesitate to return to this location and ask for their help again. If you own a Ford, and need assistance with some repairs, then this is a great location to try. As I mentioned, I did not purchase a vehicle here, so I don’t know how the Sales department is. However, the price department is A1!!!

Tasca Ford of Connecticut Thank you Melissa (service), Keith, and Paul, (shuttle drivers), and Colin (sales) for your constancy, goodwill, and encouragement. Last week started, and almost ended, in disaster. I use my car as an independent contractor/courier. Melissa worked me in without an appointment because of my critical need to get back on the road. I was able to go back to work that night. There were other mystery sounds and issues that were diagnosed and addressed over the next several days. Parts were delayed until today, but the wait was worth it, as my car is driving as smoothly as it did when I bought it 5 years ago. These guys were calm, informed, and concerned. The banter with them helped to alleviate my anxiety. Keith and Paul engaged in positive conversation with me on our multiple drives, and Colin was available to help me search for another car without putting any pressure on me at all. If every doctor and preacher had the same great "bedside" manner as Melissa, Keith, Paul, and Colin, there would be no sick or faithless people. Thank y'all for vour Berlin hospitality.

Colin was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me out. He was honest and fair and even helped me out by delivering the truck when I could not get to the dealership. I won’t think twice about going back to them again and have already recommended Colin and the dealership to my family and friends.

Looking for a cargo van for my business and shopped several dealerships with no luck. On a whim I stopped at tasca to take a look around and lo & behold the vehicle I was looking for was in the lot. I walked inside to find a friendly commercial vehicle salesman named Colin who was able to get my business financed and I was able to take the vehicle home hours later! These guys are great! I would avoid Grossman Chevrolet and General Ford as they were no help in my endeavors!! Thanks Colin at Tasca Ford!! You have a customer for life!!!!
