I have jump starts included in our insurance from Allstate for my vehicle. My insurance contacted these guys. I suspected I might need some batteries so I asked Jimmy (the boss) to get some ready and if we need to change them I would pay them besides what Allstate paid. Long story short I ended up paying $2200 to replace 4 batteries and an used alternator that I didn't even approve. That's besides what they collected from Allstate. Like any other thieves they don't accept credit card payments. They would hold the vehicle hostage until you pay them what they want. And they would laugh to your face when you try to talk to them. Then they would start cursing and hung up. My worst experience ever.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM PRO-TOW'S TOWLOT.COM AUCTION WITHOUT CHECKING IT OUT FIRST. THEY DO NOT MIND LYING I BOUGHT 94 FORD ECONOLINE VAN FROM THEM WITH 98K MILES ON IT THEY CLAIMED IT ROAD & DROVE NOW WITH THAT BEING SAID I WAS EXPECTING TO HAVE SOME ISSUES THAT I WOULD NEED TO TAKE CARE BEFORE IT WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL. I USUALLY DON'T BUY WITHOUT CHECKING THEM OUT FIRST BUT IT WAS PRETTY CLEAN WITH 98K MILES HOW BAD COULD IT BE IT WAS TERRIBLE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH EVERY SYSTEM ON THIS VAN. FIRST THE ENGINE HAS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET , THE TRANSMISSION IS BAD , THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS MISSING AND THE BRAKES DID NOT HOLD ANY PRESSURE SO FOR THEM TO DECLARE THIS VAN ROAD & DROVE WAS FAR STRETCH FROM THE TRUTH. I HAD THEM TOW IT TO ME BECAUSE OF THESE ISSUES THAT WENT OK BUT BUYERS BEWARE !!
