I went to Home Depot to get potting soil. I am elderly so I asked the cashier in garden if she could get someone to help me with the large bags of potting soil. She said yes and I told her I would be right next to the soil on the wall behind her. She said ok and I went to wait. In about 10 min I see a young man in Home Depot apron come out and go to her. She then directs him to help someone else. He does and leaves. I loaded the bags of potting soil myself. When I get back up to her I told her that I never recieved the help I asked for. She said he came out. I said he never came to me but helped someone else. She informed me that she was busy and could not be worried about one customer. I told her that was her job. She replied that she was a cashier only. Really? This is how Home Depot treats their customers? Well Lowes is the same distance from my home

Pure evil greed. They announced special precautions while the pandemic was on but the cleaning crew all quit. They were doing NOTHING of the sort while pulling in million dollar weeks. How do I know? I was working there.

Very helpful employees. Chris helped me find what I was looking for and was very polite. Also greeted with smiles from 2 other employees. Very nice gardening area with plenty of plants and bulbs for planting your garden. After I got what I needed I enjoyed just walking around and browsing. Will definitely be back.

Never applied for a job
Yes. They sell an assortment of Flex Seal products, from clear spray to tape and brushable liquid.
Your best bet is to call the store, talk to the lumber department and ask those questions directly. I'm sorry but I have no experience with those procedures.
Your best bet is to go to their website, choose your store, then check the inventory by clicking on "pick up in store today" to see if it's in stock.
Yes. Various prices.
Welcome to the "future" Victor. I am 36 years old so I am VERY WELL acquainted with the "change" that took place - when I was young I could land an interview with a few words and a quick application. Plus every thing was much more personal, MEANING I could go to the "customer service desk" of a store and request to speak with the "hiring manager" but with how things are in current times you are OUT OF LUCK. Applications are electronic, and places like home depot there is approx 3 ways to get a job "now-a-days". 1. Be extremely well educated or experienced (to the point that you REALLY REALLY catch corporate HR Depts attention) and ALSO usually be an "early bird" in the list of applications that they receive when they post a job, oh and BTW those lists of applications range in the HUNDREDS --> THOUSANDS (in a large area) 2. You better have a connection - "somebody that knows somebody" - that will make a phone call or send an email on your behalf. 3. Roll the dice and get lucky..
