Very bad customer service. Very slow & and rude. They don’t care about their customers. I was waiting for a caramel frappe for 30 minutes. And they told me it was being made every time they came to bring someone else’s meal.

An absolute HEADACHE. I arrived at 9:45 pm and I wasn't allowed entry. If your lobby is open until "10PM" as your sign stated then your doors should actually stay ajar until 10PM. It's an absolute inconvenience and a potential safety issue when a crowd begins to form around an active DRIVE THRU to order food. Also the panhandlers who tend to linger around the establishment begging for change or whatever also become a headache when you really don't want to be bothered. DO BETTER PLEASE

I came to McDonald's tonight and ordered my quarter pounder with cheese with no pickles or onions, only cheese. I got it back with everything I didn't want and also it was literally cold, not even warm. I ordered it as a meal, large. My fries were half full and they were meant to be shared between 2, which it wasn't enough now. I paid extra for large, could have stuck with the medium if they were gonna rob me of half my food. Times are hard and this was a waste of my money.
