To whom it may concern: First of all, they dont comply with a professional customer service. When i buy from the machine then they dont bring the food and thats what the machine i served for. Also they are lazy, tired & for any reason i dont understand why only dominicans work here. This mac donald's needs to keep an eye on this poor customer service.

Poor service , cashier forgot to put small fries in bag at drive thru after long wait, then at next window told I had to drive thru again for fries . This location always forgets some item.

I wanted to give you guys 0 star’s. I’ve been standing on this location for over 25 minutes. I waited in the line to see the cashier and she still couldn’t help me to tell me to stand on the side. I stand on the side and kindly ask the lady giving out the food if d as he had the name I was picking up for. Young lady said it’s not ready I said ok and how long she shrugged her shoulders. I waited for what seemed like forever was only 25 to 30 minutes but in a McDonald’s. Now I’m standing there waiting until I became frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. The manager then comes out to NOT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME SHE KEEPS TELLING THE LADY TO TELL ME IN ENGLISH SHE DONT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. How can McDonald’s really hire someone and then to PROMOTE THEM TO A MANAGER AND SHE DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AMD SPANISH SHE KEEPS TELLING THE GIRL SHE SPEAKS AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH ONLY. Then the manager says she DONT know how to work the computer with ubereats and Grubhub pick ups. After taking my time to google translate because I’ve been treated so unfairly for her to tell me she still don’t understand and she can’t help me. IM REALLY DONE WITH MCDONALD LOCATIONS IM YHE BRONX

Horrible quality of the food...they use burning oil for fries.. fish sandwich olllllld ..bread same old as mc Donald's...why if I buy mc Donald's in time square... don't taste that old. You should get a law suit... nasty
