They need to be better organized at the front where they take your order, there's no way to tell where the line even starts. People are just all crammed up in a tiny space, where there are also uber, door dash and grubhub delivery workers waiting on orders, and their self service machines 95% of the time don't work. Foodwise they do always get the orders right and their food is fresh. The restaurant itself is spacious and accomodating.

They gave me a small milkshake instead of a medium. They didn’t give me my large fries. No straws, no ketchup, no napkins. How can someone mess up an order so much. Awful location. Dirty everywhere. Avoid if possible.

They have enough restrooms. They are serving fast. You can park your car. Some kiosks are not working.

Ordered twice from them the same order and they got both so wrong I don’t think they even tried .... unorganized and never get your order correct Pic one is what I was supposed to get plus 3 more hash browns pic 2 is what I actually got $30 coffee combo
