This location is slow and just unmanaged. The cashier Chantea is very rude with no patience. She rushes you and make it seems as if your waiting her time. Then when asking a questions it’s no no no. I tried to attempt to apply my points because I’m Wendy’s eater as is a lot of other people. I spend too much money not to get a point for it towards a reward please I order often with Wendy’s. Chantae said nope that don’t work in here I asked oh so no scanning points she says nope not at all. Then after waiting 15 to 20 mins for banconator fries I feel like they gave me burnt bacon because I ask for the cashiers name not knowing it was on the receipt and she shoved the bag toward me and said here. I left very upset and even a little belittled for asking about points. I will never return to this location at all a lot of retraining needs to be here.

Havnt been to a Wendys in a long time. Got several Jr cheeseburgers and the meat was so small compared to the bun. The bun was bigger and thicker than the actual meat & toppings. Tasted mostly bread than anything else. Fries were good though. Hot, fresh & salted perfect.

Food is good, the service sometimes can be the best I guess depending on who is working. There are times I can go and order food and the workers are talking about their nights or where they going and they don't realize their mics are on and when they do take your order it takes forever then qhen you finally get to them you recieve your food and it smeels like weed. Seriously!There are times that they are very fast and im not in drive thru more then 5 minutes.

I’m over all the false advertising.. it says that you can sit and dine In you get there and everything is roped off there’s nowhere to sit.. You cannot dine in here it’s a lie.. I truly feel like you should just take it away dine-in it’s annoying by the time I got home my french fries were stuck together soggy and nasty
