I ordered a BTS meal and 2 pies: 1. I did not get special BTS packaging 2. They messed up both of the pies I ordered. I ordered a guava and creme pie and a apple strawberry creme put but instead I just got a regular Apple pie and a strawberry creme pie. The value of the pies I got were less than the ones I paid. 3. No ketchup for my fries or any napkins. I'm extremely unsatisfied with the service.

The staff there seem to work effortlessly and have been there for a long time. They seem happy and work efficiently together. Very clean establishment.

It's all well. No seating allowed. One line to order in the ordering machines & you wait with your ticket, to pay & pick up--while everyone keeping the distance. I felt safe.
