I had a terrible experience at this location. I placed a mobile breakfast order at 10:48AM to which I rushed to the McDonald's to get made because of the app's location services making it that they cannot start making an order until you are at said location (in my case 3809 Broadway). At arrival I noticed that it was 10:59 AM so I rushed to the app to let the order be made but it wasn't allowing me since it had just hit 11AM. Since I was already there I told the person on the register about the issue with the McDonald's app and if it was possible that my order could still be made seeing that I initially placed my order at 10:48AM. To which the manager shouted back with an aggressive tone "NO MORE BREAKFAST!".To my disbelief I stood there confused that as a paying customer I would be treated with such disrespect. Especially over a technical issue that could've been solved easily. That being said, after this incident I do not plan on spending my money here anymore and would encourage others to stay away from this location. This location also has a history of having lots of items unavailable which also supports my statement that good customer service is not valued at this restaurant. -D.M

I ordered a medium frappe & I was given a small one & told it was medium. I ordered 20 nuggets with sweet & sour sauce, which was noted on the recipe & wasn't given any. Unfortunately I found out after I came home 7 blocks away, I was not going to walk back 7 blocks for the sauce. It was nasty eating nuggets dry ugh!

Overall, it's a good MickeyDees. Conveniently located, it's clean and safe space for diners. The only issue is when placing an order at the register. I can understand being short-staffed, but instead of walking back forth, filling orders, take a few seconds to acknowledge the customer who is patiently waiting. One of the most important rules in Guest Relations is Acknowledge the Customer. Then say "Pardon the delay and I'll be with you as soon as possible." A supervisor should emphasize the Guest Relations component. This is crucial because people remember how they felt in the moment, than what is said or unsaid.

Got 2 Quarterpounders that were raw (see pics). Walked back with receipt for recompense. They took the bad sandwiches, yelled amongst themselves, and gave me new ones. Never said a word to me or looked me in eye and nothing approaching an apology. No offer to offset or make my experience better. This location has been bad for a while but this is last straw. Not going back.

A car hit the support beam so it's close till they repair it.
The Store is open 24 hrs on the w/e. There is an 24 hr walk up window otherwise.
