I ordered a cheeseburger no pickles, no onions ketchup and mayonnaise, they gave me a cheeseburger pickles onions no mayo, and los of attitude, the manager told me if I want it my way go to burger king so I will next time.

They close after a certain time even though it says 24hrs you can go through the drive thru but only if you have a car... I was refused service because I was not in a car...this the only place to get coffee if you up the block staying in the hospital. Again i was refused service at this McDonald's because I was not in a car.

These people made me wait 20 minutes for 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 cheese burgers plain, they game me the completely wrong order two freaking fries and a mcchicken is not what I ordered .

They need to get some competent working people here. There’s always a problem with customer service. The staff there messes up orders and is completely rude. Being sloppy with the Drive-Thru part because they know if a order is messed up most of the time people won’t come back. Defeats the whole purpose of just driving through. They can’t even add a simple math problem or just communicate what’s causing an issue. Staff need training. Thank you. I dont like writing negative reviews unless it’s the truth.

So just as you assume that will happen. How about the point that they were actually trained or should have been to deal with every day ppl and attitudes. I’m not excusing any rudeness from either customer or server. Do you see the analogy. The customer doesn’t have the common decency at all times but the server must know that not only are they to have patience with a smile but most importantly the proper discipline due to companies policy to know that you have be at service conducting someone’s business in that manor. To have a business and have a response representing the obvious but not doing known is a waste of company ethics code of discipline. A companies character is at stake. It leaves space for ppl to lose interest and the quality of your brand isn’t so selling. It’s now a habit and in a franchised business you’d go some place else just bc of the customer service. So it’s not the food it’s the love from the ppl that’s preparing the food, the attitudes firing back.
They don't a policy for not answering the phone. They just don't answer the phone
