They fogot kids juice and apple slices. I ordered throught the app went to the drive thru and they told me to wait they will bring it out. We waited amd waited finally we went in to pick up because the wait line was excessive and blocking the entrance and exits to the parking lot. We get the food drive away and they forgot the kids apple slices as well as the drinks. We were too far away to turn back and was furious with a baby and toddler waiting to eat. We were in a hurry and running errands.

Not only did they not have what I ordered using the Uber eats app, they refused to refund me & got my substitute order wrong. I am highly allergic to ketchup & they placed it on my food when I specifically ordered “NO KETCHUP”!! There is always a problem at this location & they are never held accountable

Certain days and times of the week are key to success at this store. Weekends are mostly busy so the wait time can be quite a lot. Also make sure to check your order a few times on the counter so they know you’re waiting on the mobile order. Sometimes its ready and just sitting there.

I hadn't gone to a fast food restaurant in awhile, but my visit to this spot was cool. The space was calm, the staff polite and courteous, the service was timely and complete and my burritos were hot and delicious.
