I didnt appreciate the working environment. While waiting for service, employees chatting and giggling. How rude and disrespectful.Thank goodness I only needed an apple pie!

This McDonald's plays too much the burgers are just thrown together. The fries are rarely given to me fresh even when I do ask. The people their are mostly Spanish speaking culture and they get quickly annoyed and have problems with servicing and serving the customer. Panhandling. And kids making way too much noise is like their chill spot. Like I get that kids got there after school but the manager and owner needs to be able to have some rules because I saw kids dropping barbecue sauces on the floor and not picking it up like some of these kids are just doing whatever they want and it doesn't matter if it's just McDonald's. The business needs to be respected and there should be security there telling the kids to be more quiet or to have them leave. Let's raise a community in regards to respect for their outside access just because their parents aren't there doesn't mean adults are just going to let them do whatever they want.

This location is clean and the staff is friendly. However I visited this weekend and saw they offer the 2 for $6 fish filet sandwich but when I got home I realized that my fish was small and looked like it got bit and they literally gave me a half a piece of cheese. Honestly it looked like it should be on the dollar menu. I understand lowering the amount of food waste but I am a paying customer and I want my money’s worth. Food presentation is everything and this was not appealing to me.

For 3 years, every time we order ice cream their machine is always out of order. Make sure to check your food for missing items. They hardly get it right. Prefer the McDonald's on Southern Boulevard and Fordham.

Yup the coffee doesn't always taste the same it could be manufacturer ING problem I have food allergy's
No problems with the ethnicity food and attitude sucks but the view is amazing seeing the girls move around
it's not a surprise, even if it's out of your way I'd honestly recommend any other location in the area. the workers at this one don't seem to have things together in more ways than 1. you are lucky it was only time wasted, they usually forget whole items from your order.
I have been to this location several times and true as you said @jonathan inirio promptness is definitely not their strongest attribute. I have noticed on occasion most of the staff fraternizing and having a jolly old time behind the counter but I've also been there and received my food in a timely manner. I think it has to do with the team that's there at a certain time of day or week. They definitely need to do better about getting the customer's food order to them as quickly as possible. McDonald's prides themselve on speed, courtesy, and quality when it comes to servicing their customers. They need to do better on speed and courtesy. But I don't necessarily think they should close the place down they just need to stop carrying on like they're hanging out in the street and get serious when they're dealing with the public and if they can't stop galavanting in the food prep and cooking station then remove those staff that have a hard time doing their job the way they should.
