UPDATED: Previously I had issues with them not salting their fries but I've been there five times in the past month and their fries have been salted. This McDonald's is easily the best on Staten Island. Here are the reasons I came to that conclusion: 1. Fast and Reliable service . Never a wrong order, always in and out. 2. Food is always fresh and hot. Everything is made to order and if it's ever slow you don't get old food. Every time I've ordered a large fries it was filled up like a large fry should be unlike the one on Page avenue which is atrocious. 3. Table service. I've only seen this at Chick-fil-A so I'm actually impressed they do it here as well. If you're dining in they'll give you a number to put on your table and bring your food right to you. Any accommodations they will not hesitate. 4. Professional and well trained staff. These workers are young, kind, respectful and professional. 5. They don't charge extra for sauces even when ordering on the mobile app. Who wants to pay more to enjoy something after already paying for it? Nobody. 6. Clean and air conditioned. The only downside is there is no drive-thru. But if you think about it, mobile order and use curbside delivery and you're avoiding a drive-thru line. Hat's off to a great management and staff. You are appreciated.

I've been going to this McDonald's for years now, never had a problem. Last week I got a happy meal nuggets for my 6 year old. They accidentally given me cheeseburger instead of nuggets. My 6 year old is picky and didn't eat the burger just the fries. Well, I didn't want to throw it out so I ate it. Next thing I know, in the following 2 says I was sick as a dog, never been worse in my life. Absolutely sick. Really bad headache, nausea, muscle pain, 38.7 fever and vomiting. I know it was the burger because soon after eating it I felt the effects. I felt so bad I considered going to the ER. (something I would never do cuz american hospitals are a scam. ) Thank God she is a picky eater and didn't eat the burger. Anyways, fast forward to many 800mg ibuprofens, a couple sleepless nights and vomiting everything out I got better. I thought this was just a small secluded issue with the one burger I mean a McDonald's serves hundreds a day right? So yesterday ( Sunday) I got a nuggets happy meal for her again. She ate it happily. It was hot and crispy. Then, 5° in the night she threw everything up, her stomach hurts now and has a headache. Same symptoms as me except for a fever. I don't know what is going on with the food there but there must be something wrong. I am not American, so I rarely complain, and even if I do, I don't expect anything in return. I am just writing this so hopefully somebody at the restaurant will notice and take note, double check everything etc.

First time I've been there and ordered 2 cheeseburgers 🍔 with large fries 🍟 and 1 apple pie 🥧. If you want to look for a better McDonald's, I recommend going here. I love what they did with the lights. The Design of the place looks inviting.👍

It is disappointed. Been 4 times in a row missing item from my Uber Eat mobile order. Either kid chocolate milk or hash brown. This time it is unacceptable. The pan fried egg look terrible. That thin and broken. Ya cut it in a half? And I do not see the cheese no where. I wont order again.
