I wish i could rate this place with 0. I order in the broken kiosk I make a line to pay my order and to my bad experience they forget to give me my daughter's french fries and I order a happy meal with a 6 Chicken Mac nuggets to find out that they only pack 4. And dont ask me why I didn't not go back... I saw a employee literally fighting with a costumer few weeks ago in this place. So i rather not go back to this location ever again. So sad owners only caring about money and not taking care of the people who buy in their business.

Literally everytime the machine is broken, like the hell. The last time I went there, I paid for my drink and guess what... it broke right after I paid??? (Not sure it I was able to get a refund but they gave me a other drink, which i think was the exact price I paid) Like wow, that makes senses a lot, if you wanna get a drink in the summer, go somewhere else, not here.

Bad service, customer service representative extremely poor. Deciding in front of the client who is making the clients order like it was some game. No greetings when coming in. CSR are not taking their job seriously. Had to leave my order because I was in a rush and they weren’t preparing my order.

That's not true Ms.Carole, the workers are not worry about the bathroom. The rule is in order to use the bathroom a customer must purchase something. Why is that because people come all over to use the bathroom and leave it filty. Sometimes the people brought food from some orher dinner, they sat down at the restaurant and ate food from outside. Then used the bathroom that is not acceptable. This place is convenient and the managers are very confortable with anyone complaint. I love this place and this where l usualy bought 2 decafs per day since 2012. After all, this is a restaurant that serves the community and l love going there.
