Fab spot in Norfolk CT! Dined at Smokehouse on a Saturday night, couldn’t be more right~ started off with McKenzie’s friendly approach and excellent service followed by fabulous food! After dinner, Lisa, GM of this way cool venue led us up to the theatre where we were entertained by an energetic Remember Jones! We do hope to be frequent patrons of Infinity Hall & the Smokehouse!

Very nice little venue. Good sound, good lighting, good staff, good atmosphere, the only issue was the seats are a literal pain in the rear. Words to the wise, if you go see a show here, bring an extra cushion or something comfy to sit on.

Concert & Cocktails. The sound system here is awesome. The John Mayall show was fantastic. There isn't a bad seat in the house. The only negative is there is no food available after the show. Parking is wicked tight.

Not that I'm aware of, but I do have a friend who volunteers there and if I hear that they do, I'll post here.
They are great people there , try contacting them. Maybe they will credit you for a future show
We had a show cancelled one time and they emailed or texted my husband. Not sure if they do that all the time. I would call the box office and ask. They are very nice.
I believe refunds are only if the show is cancelled.
Yes they have a elevator not sure about handicap parking
