I was having an issue creating an account to sign my daughter up for a class. So I called for assistance. The person that helped me was great. I think something strange happened in the system(might have been my fault) but she took my number, fixed the issue, and called me back. I was able to register that day for the class. The class has not started so this review is more about customer service which was outstanding.

Terrible place to work, only spent a few days there but in that time I knew it wasn't a friendly work environment or a place I wanted to stay. The boss was very controlling, micromanaging, and hostile. My coworker was a nice older guy and you could tell he was reluctant to be social at all for fear of being caught chatting by the boss. If your considering working here I would skip it life's to short to feel like your going to a prison every day.... No need to contact HR, maybe you should consider taking a look in the mirror as to why the job is not a good fit as I see it is posted again for the 3rd time in 2 months just saying.....good luck....
