This store is terrible no one was at the front registers at all which is terrible for security there was only one suit available for the whole store and I drove hours literally hours to go here to get a suit for a work event, and then there was no one in line and I guess I went up a different way up to the front line and when he finally called me up he said you have to go all the way to the back of the line because I cut but there was no one in line when I first approached that really really was frustrating I absolutely hate this location of Kohl's and will not be back

It is the best clothing store in Chico. A new Sephora is being installed now. Store is pleasant, clean, good customer service, friendly.

Not a great selection, and the person who waited on me at the register was emotionless on all levels. The person asked and suggested numerous times about applying for a credit card after I explained I was less than interested. Not a great experience.

Very nice place to shop (very clean), went in for bed sheets but bought gym shorts instead. cashier was very nice and very helpful, I will be back for further clothing purchases. Thank you for a very awesome 1st time experience at this location.
