Called to see if they received my request and the teller picked up and started yelling at me. She was completely rude and said that we cannot handle doing your request. In which, we have been getting them on the spot in the last year. She was not apologetic nor professional. The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a bank.

Went to cash a check i had gotten from my s.s.d. payee who works nearby and have been a customer for years . Tri Co yu nties on lake the manager refused to cash it for me bec ou use my payee wrote it out to cash . Been doing it that way for years. I was really putvoff by this if it wernt for how nice the people atvthe Anderson branch i would have changed banks.

First of all, they're open 7 days a week and thats amazing if you're a working parent and student👊💥 also, the staff is nice and helpful. I love my bank, and this is my favorite branch
