It needs serious organizing. The size of the hanger doesn't match the item. It makes it frustrating to find things. Also, items on the sale rack aren't necessarily on sale 😡 and you don't know that until you check out. I would rather shop online. Store is cluttered, which gives me the customer anxiety to try and shop here.

Not enough staff, had to track down someone to help my wife. Not enough merchandise to choose from, your commercial is erroneous. All you had were skinny jeans with holes in them. Will not recommend to anyone thought we were in a third world country!!!

Location could be way better given the area. Seems outdated and off to the side. Still Old Navy quality nonetheless. Seems very small inside with less options. Very tight setup. Customer service was helpful. Didn't have what I needed. No khaki pants. Only skinny leg. Still disappointed Old Navy doesn't carry my husband's size.
