You should be comfortable with the mechanics who fix your car without feeling like your being taken for your money. I Completely Trust Mt. Airy Tire for all my repairs & vehicle needs. I have been to other places & lost my last vehicle trusting who others sent me to. I have a Permanent tire & repair place I am now comfortable with from now on. I Only Trust these people. I have been doing business with Mt Airy Tire for years and I can honestly say they have always done me right. I have nothing but good stuff to say about them. They are all very professional, they always greet you with a smile no matter how busy they are and they are very friendly. I always recommend them to everyone if I’m ask. I had 4 tires put on today and there was a lady sitting in the lobby and she ask me if I use them often and I said absolutely nobody does my work but them. I highly recommend them if you are asking. She said that’s good my neighbor said the same thing. I also said they stand behind their work too. I love Mt Airy Tire and their employees they are THE BEST!!!!

The only pitfall I have is I wasn't given the total price on the whole job up front. I wanted four tires mounted and an alignment. When I picked up the car, I was told a higher price because it didn't include the alignment. I wasn't expecting the higher price. There was definitely a lack of communication. However, they were quick and efficient.

I would think that they can but you would need to call and ask them plus schedule an appointment for alignment..

Yes, you would need to make an appointment. You can drop off your vehicle after hours and park in back. They have a drop box so you can leave your keys. I always put my keys in an envelope with my contact information.

I am a customer, we never crossed that bridge with them, however, if you supply the parts it is a lot less. You can buy your parts from Ebay, Amazon, or locally at Advance, and they will only charge you for labor. If you buy from Advance, go to retailmenot.com and get the coupon code, then pay for it online and you will save a lot of $$$.
