So I purchased a pressure washer in south Carolina (close to my job)but came to Reidsville nc to do washing for my aunt..pressure washer didn't work so the closet place was Burlington..took it back and exchanged it..left got back to my aunt's house..this one didn't work..sooo back to Burlington I go..Tim Collins (i hope that's right)..helped out and explained why corrected the problem and I left..get back to my aunt's and used for about 30 minutes cut it off to do something else..went back to fire it up and nothing..soooo back to Burlington I go..lol..I get the and a guy (didn't get his name but I think he was the store manager)remembered me from earlier..I MUST SAY THAT THIS GUY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME 😀 👍 😊 I WOULD LIKE TO THANK HIM AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN TOOL!!!!...GREAT JOB GUYS..YOU REALLY GAVE ME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE..THANK YOU!!!!!@

I have been sitting on this for a week now but it’s bothered me to a point where i’d like to share. On a day not too long ago that i entered northern tool with an african american friend of mine, i was there to visit an employee who i know personally. Upon doing so i heard from their little radio or “walkie talkie” that an “extra set of eyes was requested on the floor”. and oddly enough the spot where they requested extra eyes happen to be where my friend and i were located while waiting for the employee i was visiting, when the employee came out they presented us to a lady waiting for us at the front named “Amy” (the lady on the radio) when asked if we were the problem she was referring to, she stated yes, and i was in complete shock. i’ve noticed there’s been other reviews about racism from the stabling ent and personally at this point i’ve accepted it as poor management, it’s utterly ridiculous that i as a black man can’t walk comfortably into norther tool without getting put in some type of stereotype that i or my friend would be prone to steal, and i’m disgusted. filter your hiring options and next time hire those who could actually make northern tool worth going to, it’s not this hard to run a positive work environment, do better

I just visited this store. I asked cashier for assistance. She called for help to aisle 2 numerous times. I was in store almost hour. This is the 2nd time I visited this store with poor customer service. First was 2 years ago and we spent $15k but because of our race kept getting overlooked until they realized I'm a commercial customer. Smh. It's said. Cashier was great trying today.
