Horrible experience dealing with this place. They left screws and a major bolt out when reassembling my motorcycle, and also damaged the bodywork. They claimed the screws were already missing and the damage was already there of course, but I know better. I managed to get them to replace the bolt, but it took multiple calls. They were obviously hoping I would just give up. I will never use this dealer again for anything. They really should change the name to Worth-less Honda Kawasaki.

Bad first call experience. I was lead in their direction via Web search and was rudely told they don't offer what I was searching for. A simple "no, sorry we don't offer that" would have sufficed.
