Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience recently, I was waiting at the drive thru speaker after they just opened. They didn’t say a word. Than I drive up to the window and the lady had an attitude and said she can’t take orders from the window, I just drove off after saying o.k. I didn’t know what she would do to my food. I went to one off Victory and Richmond blvd. The guy greeted me with a smile and wave from the parking lot as I walked in. It’s unfortunate because there is an employee at the other one that’s always friendly, she really is a cool kid, and I hate that a had to give a bad review because of her coworker.

When they first opened in 1972 we were at I.S. 51 up the street and we always wanted to have some fries and a burger sometimes after school! Back then the burgers were awesome with that charcoal broiled taste and good fries, chicken sandwiches and shakes! Few things are as good as they were back in the day (Cutting corners to save time and money only to serve mediocre products) and this includes their burgers. They lost that great taste and are pre-made and warmed up :(. The fries are good though after being changed a couple times. Not enthused to go back anytime soon!

Very rude staff. Unable to make simple orders correctly in a timely manner. Supervisor tried to argue with me that my order was correct when it was clearly wrong. How does these people still have jobs? Obviously the problem is higher up because nothing gets done about it.

i missed this place. they were closed for a while cause of covid. but i am happy too see the same people!
