Staffed by teenagers. I've been to this really busy location, and the sort of crowd that congregate inside makes running a business rather difficult. They were smoking Marijuana inside. My daughter and I dred going here. She's 8 years old and reminds everytime we visit about that one really bad experience.

This restaurant closes it's doors in the afternoon to keep the minority kids from JHS I.S.051 out. Service conducted through a small window or drive thru only. This is something I have never seen done on Hyland Blvd and Midland Ave to keep the kids from JHS I.S.002 out. Based on the demographics of the area, I have to speculate that the owner/operator of this particular McDonald's is being bias. In addition, they close the drive thru at 9 p.m. When the food is hot, it's good. But service here is notoriously slow, and/or incorrect. So I'm gonna do myself a favor and stay clear of this McDonald's from now on, since my overall experience here is usually frustrating.

I love McDonald's however. When my husband I recently went to this location. Another customer found a dead rat under a hair. Also the service sucks. Missing items. Thr lack of disrespect towards the manager and the staff were disrespectful. Do better McDonald's. My husband and i got stomach aches after we ate lunch. We went be back to this location.

Where do I begin? I filed a complaint with the Department of Health. Out of spite, because I requested a refund because I could not wait (I was matter of fact) they gave have me a raw red cold burger. The complaint number I filed # 311-10839486. They did provide me with a refund but no apology. Be careful with this location.
