This Wendy’s has gone downhill tremendously under the Biden administration. They forget something every time I go, this time it was the Parmesan Cesar dressing for my Parmesan Cesar salad. And the drive-thru is always literally a half hour wait. Will probably continue to patronize this establishment out of convenience tho.

This place remains horrible. They make you wait forever and everytime I've ordered the 10 piece nuggets I received only 9. Don't go here until they change the staff. Well, I went back and they still stink. They first gave me someone elses order. They asked for it back and then gave me my order with items missing. I found out when I was home. They also do not pick up the telephone when you call them.

Terrible drive thru service; go to another Wendy’s. The individual taking the order on the drive thru was professional but the individual handling the food out the window was not personable, rude and dirty. Touching all kinds of food, and sloppy filling the drinks. I don’t want your fingers in my cup. As I waited for my food she is at the window swearing curse words and laughing. Then she hands me the wrong order as I mention to her my order isn’t complete she gives me an unnecessary hard time. I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor because I’m not getting anything for free; I paid for my order. Manager or supervisor Michael if that’s even his name was clearly not in charge as he took directions from the girl in the window. Why have a manager or supervisor who is looking for direction as to what to do or say. Mistakes can happen at any moment but please hire people who are capable at doing their job or the very least running a productive team. It’s a shame you can’t even get it right at a Wendy’s drive thru.

This is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had in the over 40 years I’ve been a Wendy’s customer. After waiting 25-30 min inside They got my order incorrect. When I brought up to counter to ask for redress, the counter clerk told me I was wrong. (?) she remain me the burger as I asked for and I asked the counter person to open because the hostility shown by the Expiditer. There was a thumbprint in the burger. I ask to see the manager, whom was less the five feet away from the whole exchange, she came over and told me I again was wrong and being unreasonable. She asked what wrong and I ask for a corrected burger…. She looked at the half exposed burger and said “that’s exactly what this i”..I tried to explain that my order was specific and I need that way She then Spoke over me and told me that they were a fast food restaurant and I was expecting too much…. I’m not a “Karen” nor do I believe the Customer always right….but I’ll never eat here again.

Yes, Wendys does deliver, with an app called DoorDash. For this location I don't think so, but the one in hylan Blvd. Does.
