I went in with my family last week, Kaelly took my order, she was supper sweet, nice and attentive and was quick as well such a nice girl her customer service was top notch. I went again later that week and was helped out by Anthony, nice young man supper quick and attentive as well great customer service . I was disappointed when I went again and they weren’t there this week.

what a disgrace to the mcdonald’s franchise ronald mcdonald would not be very happy about this one nfs water on the floor i fell and now i need sergery on my broken leg if this mcdonald’s don’t get shut down i will be taking legal action

This McDonald’s is one of the dirtiest, most disgusting places I’ve very been too. First, the workers had music playing so loud that they were yelling at each other instead of just turning the music off. Second, the way they would speak to each other is like they were talking outside to there friends; cursing and in each other face. Third, No manager anywhere. Fourth, Garbage was on the tables and floors, and not one worker would clean it. Fifth, young teens are selling drugs inside and out of the bathroom doing transactions. Six, I managed to see all these things while I waited 7 mins for someone to take a simple order of three cookies. Corporate needs to do something about this McDonald's, an fire every worker in this establishment.

Avoid this McDonald's, I had never had an issue with any food business. Placed an order with the McDonald's app and got charged for it. When ready to pick up my order they Claim it never processed even after I showed them my bank account that I did get charge and the McDonald's app. Went back the following day to talk to a supervisor. She was rude and told me its my bank not McDonald's. When contacting my bank they told me the merchant process the payment so I walk out with no food and my money. Thank you McDonald's for losing a customer for life for under $20.
