Had a very long wait to check out. Had only one person checking out people. The store had a good amount of customers. They had few other people working in the store. All were putting out new stock. Should of had taken one off stocking to open up another line. Very poor management customer service should of came first over stocking.

Moe that cashier is beyond rude her customer service skill was horrible. She did more talking then anything getting smart with customers when if it wasn’t for customers they won’t be no payroll.. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I will be cal corporate never in my life experience such horrible services anywhere I went Never will return to his location again Never rather drive an hour out if I have too Moe needs a new job or something

Horrible place to shop! Yes, you may find some good items for cheap,(I go there for craft stuff) but to me it is not worth it. I will choose another dollar store. Every time you go there, they have one cashier open with a line all the way down to the other end of store. Then I mistakenly carried in my very small dog in my arms, unaware of the policy, & the cashier was very rude. She could have told me nicely to leave and I would have understood, but instead she chose to take me as I was next in line. She told the lady in front of me to me over so she can take me first and get me out of there. Then she aggressively took the basket with 3 items I told her I decided not to get and tossed it behind her, rolling her eyes. Then she proceeded to scan my stuff very aggressively and telling me to take stuff that I was exchanging out of my bag. She spoke very nasty. I was very embarrassed. I told her that I already apologized a number of times and that she doesn’t need to be mean to me. She actually said, “Oh well!” I called the manager the next day, should have demanded to see one right there, but was so humiliated & hurt that I just wanted to run out of there. Well anyway, the manager seemed to be dismissive & not really care, saying she never had a complaint before of her cashiers. As if that matters to this situation. I guess this lady just gets away with treating customers horribly. I called the toll free number and of course you can’t speak to a human being, you just have to leave your message on an answering machine. I know I will never hear from them! I guess you get what you pay for! I will never shop there again!

I purchased 18 glass containers she put some in a box, the rest she put in a single bag without wrapping and when I asked do you guys wrap glass wear so it doesn't break she opened a drawer smacked some newspaper on the counter and kept walked away. Seemed bothered as the next customer arrived that I was still wrapping never moved to help more bothered that I asked for additional paper and bag. It's 10 am, its so dark in this store its aa if all the lights are off, the cashier is helping one stock person empty boxes which are thrown everywhere, the isles are cluttered. I love dollar tree 🌳 I've noticed they have grown huge, their stores have become a not WELCOMING PLACE
