Don't know who it was at the cashier, but my mother was treated rudely. This place is like a lottery with the cashier. You'll get a professional one but more often, you'll be dealing with the rude ones. Doesn't matter if you're working at a donut shop. You should treat your job and the customers with respect. A lot of great people are looking for jobs, perhaps the rude ones don't deserve it.

It was my first time coming into the store, and the donuts were great. The customer service was not so great. There was one person working the drive thru and front register. She did not have a welcoming attitude towards me at all. It really ruined my mood. Her service was slow, and she was relatively rude.

Good fresh donuts with some unique flavors I think everyone knows that. Never disappointed. Great to bring to a get together. Everyone enjoys a good donut

The simple fact they decorated for Halloween and did it so superbly shows this is a great place to visit, their donuts speak for themselves so no need to elaborate, but the Halloween donuts look incredible! Kudos to the East Rutherford Krispy Kreme Team!
