Brian, his wife, and the folks at Exclusive Detail are amazing. After purchasing the Rivian R1T I started researching shops to install PPF, Ceramic Coating, and Window Tint. In my opinion, no other shop in CLT area could even compete with Exclusive. Their service, quality, attention to detail, overall demeanor is out of the world. Brian was great at educating me on benefits on different products, showing me what they look like, and ultimately providing an amazing finished product. We ended up with Xpel clear PPF, Xpel window tint, and Xpel Ceramic coating and it all looks amazing. I consider myself a difficult customer as I ask a lot of question and like to see the process (it’s how I learn), and everyone at Exclusive did great at accommodating my needs and making me feel like a valued customer. I got my paint protect film done 2 weeks ago, and went back today for the windows tint. Ive been super satisfied with this company. They are professional, punctual and honest. Brian and his team responds promptly to messages and provides fair quotes. I am thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the work, and the fantastic service that I was given. I dropped my STi off with Exclusive Detail just as I was leaving on a trip. It got a full detail, paint correction, ceramic coating, and some PPF on the rockers. The ask was that I drop it off when I left on the trip, and that it was done when I got back. The team was easy to work with, understood what I needed, and did an amazing job. When I returned the STi was better than the day I picked it up at the dealer new. I was so impressed that when I picked up my new Focus RS, the first thing I did was drive it right over to them and schedule the same treatment for it. Bottom line: My car is my baby. I care about every detail, and will only trust it with specific people. I have no issue trusting my cars with Exclusive Detail, and you shouldn't either.

Brian and his crew did a beautiful job on my Corvette. They did paint correction, added paint protectective film to the front of the car. In addition, I added ceramic protectection over the entire exterior. I couldn't be more pleased!
