What can I say ? The place is gorgeous, not to mention the vehicles . Clean with a professional laidback vibe if that makes sense . Fairly new facility with a stocked waiting area for customers and not that crowded feeling you find in other dealerships. I didn’t see the usual cubicles for the sales staff. I was there to pick up parts for the M3 . They had my part in stock and with no wait I was in and out in minutes . Recommended . Couldn’t really get a photo inside but trust me , it’s all that

Hendrick BMW Northlake provides excellent customer service! The experience is super smooth. They made it frictionless from start to finish. From the get go, being able to drive my car into the service space through the automatic rollup doors is great to get out of the elements. Once inside, I was greeted, the car was checked-in and the seat, steering wheel and floor board were covered with protective covers. Huge shout out to Brad Beard for being my go-to Service Advisor. He listened to my needs and got me settled inside. They have a large seating area along with a business center if needed. There are refreshments while waiting. One cool feature was getting a text with a video of the work being performed. Thank you! Great job Brad and the team!
