First I went to the Honda dealership in Auburn for a tire rotation and oil change. Honda insisted that one of my lug nut bots needed to be repaired before the tire rotation. Only $665 plus the oil change and break service. All together $840. I declined the tire rotation and called Firestone. Firestone saved me $665 they found nothing wrong with my lug nut bolt. $14 is all I paid for a tire rotation. I'll definitely keep bringing my car to Firestone for future service.

Firestone completely messed up my car on multiple occasions. The only reason I went to them was because I had a credit card and couldn’t afford another mechanic. They left a tool sitting in my engine. My radiator was frozen solid shortly after they had fixed something else. They claimed they would never put anything in there that would freeze…but they’re the ONLY ones who ever worked on it. My check engine light has been on for months, they kept fixing sensors but obviously that wasn’t the problem. Brought it to an actual mechanic today who told me that I had multiple vacuum hoses disconnected, multiple random nuts and bolts missing. Firestone told me it was probably a catalytic converter which is a very expensive fix. The real mechanic charged me only 50 bucks to fix everything they messed up. I don’t normally do reviews but I’ve never been so upset with a company. NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for THEM TO DESTROY YOUR CAR.

My wife and I ended up in an emergency situation on New Year's Eve. With a flat tire on the side of the highway. While we had a donut on our car from a flat that happen just on Xmas day!! Firestone were the only ones open and willing to take us down to the wire at closing. Which they did! We got towed to them. They got right to work. We came to find out that the previous tire place had put tires that weren't the correct size, along with our alignment being off, resulted in our 2 flat tires. They gave us all the info, pictures, and paperwork to pursue the how and why that issue happen. Regardless, they got us back on the road with a great deal and fast! Without their help and caring we would have been in a worse and more expensive situation. Thanks very much!

Depends on the make, model and year of manufacture of the vehicle. But their prices are pretty fair.
Really depends on the tire, but I would say between $150-300 per tire plus about $25/per tire installation. So maybe $350 at the low end for 2 tires installed.
We can take them, yes.
