Cher and Alexis at the Auburn store are amazing!! My fiance and I ordered a custom ring that required a lot of back and forth and they were both outstanding every step of the way. I couldn't thank them enough for doing all they could for us and always being so helpful and pleasant every step of the way. These ladies know how to get stuff done and really know what they are doing! So happy with my experience. Thank you again Cher.

Bought a ring from here the saleswoman was very nice and helpful but I returned it the following day because the diamonds there are not certified therefore you receive no paperwork. Kay jewelers does not have real diamonds. After making the return I was told I would receive my money back within 7-10 business days, when that time passed I didn’t receive my money so I called and now they are playing games saying I never purchased the warranty when it’s right there on my receipt!! Also after further examination I see there is a fake name on my receipt not even my name.. there is clearly some shady business going on at this location and I will be contacting the attorney general to look into this and get my money back. Also the assistant manager there needs a crash course in customer service. Do yourself a favor don’t shop here go buy a real diamond

This place is just horrible. Went to buy an anniversary ring for my wife and the rep decided i should look at earings and necklaces...hahaha... haven't been at this location for years...before this, the store manager wasa complete moody B***h and offered no help. Although she is no longer there, these rookies are nice but not customer oriented...went to A different Jewler and was taken care of with great care. Don't go here.

Was here in the beginning of May to shop for an engagement ring. Associate we worked with, Maria, was very nice and we selected a ring. We were told it would take less than two weeks to have it sized. Called on day 11 to see if ring was in. Was rudely told by manager that it wasn’t two weeks yet, so the ring wasn’t in. Called on day 14 (a Friday), was told ring wasn’t in and would “hopefully arrive on Monday”. Called Monday, told ring wasn’t in. Maria called me back after talking to repair center and said ring would be overnighted and would arrive Tuesday. Called Tuesday and was told ring was not in by manager. Only when I asked how to cancel the order and get a refund was I told that the ring was probably in, but only two people were working and they couldn’t check. Called back three hours later, told manger was busy and would call me back. Got a call an hour later that ring was in. Fiancé went to pick it up, was given ring in a tiny plastic bag (no box) and when he waited to see if he’d be offered a box, the associate looked at him and said “Is there anything else you need?” I love my overpriced ring, but would not do business at this location again.
