So my tire is needed to be done on my van and just the other night one of my front tires went flat. So I could not afford to wait any longer and I had to get it in as quick as possible. So I go online I find prices and I set an appointment. Now for some reason Town Fair Tires website didn't save the tires I wanted at the price I wanted oh, but I go in for my appointment and I work with Marcus who is Elle to get me better tires at a cheaper price than what they normally go for meaning I get it at the price that mine quoted me and I get all four tires done on my car with their guarantee and their expertise. If you need tires and you need them quick, I got to say it like this you got to bite the bullet you got to spend the money because these guys are worth it and Marcus is proof that you will be treated right and you will be treated fairly.

Hannah at the Warwick location is one of the greatest sales personnel/customer service reps that I’ve seen (previous sales experience). She has the knowledge base of products to provide appropriate recommendations, and is able to offer her opinion and perspective on products and services within the natural ebbs and flows of conversation (without seeming forced). She also keeps herself busy by restocking and moving tires within the storefront. I’ve seen her carry tires two at a time to customers’ cars while assessing new customers’ tires. In regards to my transaction, she made sure the tires were within the store before pushing the transaction through. She even provided a realistic, and very accurate, time estimation of when the service would be completed.

I came in to make an appointment for tires. Hannah waited on us. She was so knowledgeable, professional and sweet. She gave us great tire options and made my experience very easy. They got me right in and had me on my way in no time. I would highly recommend Town Fair Tire on Bald Hill Road in Warwick. Ask for Hannah!!

Great customer service from everyone I dealt with. Randy was knowledgeable and went out of his way to be helpful. I don't normally leave reviews but I’ve had a lot of issues with tires and this place was by far the best experience I’ve had. I was quoted cheaper than a few other places that I called and the work was completed way earlier than expected with no issues or surprises.

Hi Jon, I have no affiliation to the above business, but it seems you posted this in the questions section when perhaps you meant to post it in the reviews section. If this was not a mistake, and you're puzzled as to why they would not do your tires, perhaps you didn't leave on the best of terms? In which case I think a business has the option of denial of service. Maybe due to your use of run-on sentences? Try to make them so you can say them in one breath, and try not to use "and" more than once per sentence. When using "and" so much it can sound like you're out of breath and have something important you have to say. It conveys an urgency that isn't needed here. Commas are another great way to help break up a sentence, and they go great with conjunctions. I'm not the best writer myself. All that being said, I do suspect something deeper is behind this Town Fair Tire mystery though. Maybe give them a call and ask them to expand on what they said when you were there. Best of luck!
