I took delivery of my 2022 GLC yesterday, and I must say that Thaddeus and Rocco were two of the most incredible humans I have met thus far in my car journey. I have been leasing for years. The pandemic has shifted the automotive world, so finding a new car was a JOURNEY. This was, by far, the best experience I have EVER had. I will tell everyone I know. What a terrific buying experience. I flew to RI from FL and purchased a car. I initially contacted the dealership by phone to inquire about the CLS550. The salesperson Matt worked with me and sent me pictures and video of the car and answered all my detailed questions. On the finance side, Rocco provided me with a favorable interest rate and a reasonable warranty coverage. At the dealership, everything went smooth and we closed the deal. Now driving the car for over a week, I absolutely love that car. The V8 twin turbo is amazing. Accordingly, I am very satisfied with my purchase, and I highly recommend this dealership.

The only reason for 2 stars is that we found the car we wanted there. Aside from that, it was a 1 star experience. We purchased the car in the beginning of June and in the last 30 days, we’ve had it for 5 days! First, it took over a week to take delivery. We were told it take that long because it would be registered in a different state (Mass). In researching other dealers, turn times for MA new registration from RI, takes 2-3 days. When we finally went to take delivery, we noticed a couple of body issues and were told it would be taken care of by the Sales Manager. When the salesperson (Frank) contacted us, he told us that proper protocol is to “partially fix” the issue. I couldn’t believe he actually said that. How do you partially fix body damage? After demanding the car be fixed 100% as it should be, he then told us his manager approved, but it would take several days as opposed to a couple of days for the partial fix. Then came numerous broken promises by Frank. Expected call backs didn’t happen, calls were not returned, and ready dates came and went. It was excuse after excuse. At a Mercedes dealership, one would expect a higher than normal standard of customer service. We would’ve been happy with an ordinary experience, but instead we got the shady used car salesperson experience. Aside from our dealing with the Sales Manager, we were extremely disappointed with every interaction at this dealership and with the salesperson in particular. Viti will be getting all our service business.

Service representative Austin went over and above to provide excellent service. He did exactly what I needed and then some. The entire Mercedes-Benz service (& parts!) staff was friendly, courteous, and fully knowledgeable. I didn’t buy my car at this dealership but I certainly plan to make it my long term service provider.

Very good..the service teams appear to masked and have hand sanitizers at various locations . Bodyshop is equally well maintained and sanitized.
