This is a better review for the management. It was very inviting as soon as I walked through the door. Very nicely stocked and displayed. Obviously the management changed, all the employees were very nice, kudos for the change from last year. I didn’t get my 20% off, but I am confident they will be obliged on my next visit with my receipt

This is my second time dealing with this place & honestly I regret the second chance as much as the first. In order to schedule a more timely pickup they direct you to a company called ReSupply (which I haven’t found a way to review). ReSupply gave me a window of 12pm - 4pm & the guys didn’t show up until 8pm. How poorly is a company run that there is that much of a delay? Once they know they won’t make the 4pm window the proper move is to reschedule. After they arrived we were priced out almost TRIPLE what we were originally quoted online (for two people and a Dolly/hand truck). Overall it’s just terrible & I truly feel bad for the guys working for these companies because they’re delivering bad news & hauling heavy stuff all day. To have the audacity to try and charge triple what we were originally quoted after arriving four hours later than the END of our scheduled window is unacceptable. It is disheartening and infuriating to know that effort was made on our end to be available and not waste your time, while our time was clearly not taken into consideration.

Very nice and clean inside! A lot of stuff in there are brand new! They have a large variety of things. Cashier didnt greet me with a "Hi, how are you?" or "Have a good day" when I finished paying. A little disappointed that they dont offer an in store discount when you donate items like Savers does.

Went a year ago and found three beautiful furniture pieces for my upstate summer home. Full size leather couch, winged arm chair and tv cabinet I made into a sterio cabinet. Got all three for 318.00. Have been back a few times since and prices are through the roof. Items not even close to the quality I purchased last year listed 3, 4 times higher. Have walked in and out 4,5 times empty handed.
