Went in to ask about a pick up truck. There were 2 associates glued to a computer at a desk. I asked about a truck, they noted it was not at the location and in transit. I asked if there was a similar truck for me to see. Instead of actually showing me the truck and talking about it with me, they just instructed me to walk to the end of the lot where the truck was. I went back in and asked to see the inside of the truck, and again, instead of walking with me to see the truck, they had someone unlock the car and continued to be stuck to their desk. No trying to find me another truck, no telling me about any features of the car, literally no interaction. It was like I was bothering/distracting them. Never thought I'd go to a dealership that had no interest attending to a customer. Please note, I have been a Jeep customer for a quite a bit (3 Jeep vehicles), and have never seen this.
