Love this place! Carolina gave me the longest-lasting gel manicure I’ve ever had! Her nail designs are among the best I’ve seen. I always like the trendy multiple color, design, glitter on different nails manicure. Friendly and very professional device in a chic, clean, peaceful environment. So many services offered—can’t wait to try them all!

Friendly staff, however my "hot stone" pedicure was more like an overpriced regular pedicure. After the soak and express scrub, I had to double check my email confirmation to see if I indeed booked hot stones as she was finishing up. She finally pulled out a towel for quick rub with lukewarm pebbles just before polish. Which btw, wasn't the color I picked out at all. I selected a shimmery white and I walked out with silver. She said it would "lighten up" with more coats. Upon closer look back home, there was no thorough cuticle cleanup and my nails were terribly streaky and smudged. They don't even have fans to dry off your nails. Instead, I was asked to sit on a bench in the hallway while my nails dried as people passed back and forth. Having been to high rated spas before, I must say I was not impressed. This wasn't a spa experience for me- I didn't enjoy sitting in the busy hall waiting for my nails to dry, didn't like the end result, and again, the "hot stones" were just a quick afterthought that left more to be desired. It was really a normal pedicure for $75 with gratuity. I tipped generously due to the holidays, but this experience was subpar. Stick with a normal snail salon for pedicures. Finally, the location isn't the best either. If you park on the main street, pulling out is flat out dangerous with the amount of traffic on that intersection.

Lor is THE BEST!!! I really enjoy her facials are AMAZING! She's very pleasant and polite. I'd recommend booking facials with her when you come in. The customer service people can be nice sometimes, depending on who you speak with. There's this one woman, I can't remember her name, but she provides excellent service every time I speak with her over the phone and in person. I've been going there for some time for my facials. I get treated differently by the front desk lady sometimes. Debating If I should find a different spa. Gave this 5 stars only because of Lori's excellent facials!

just got the best pedicure and gel manicure from Sarah!! Staff is very professional and the setting is very relaxing and tranquil. Great way to spend a couple hours of your day unwinding. Returning later today for a facial and cannot wait!
