Low rent version of any of the larger hardware stores. Think Dollar Store meets Home Depot. Never super busy but never has much in stock either. They have a large footprint so they literally have completely empty aisles. Seems when I do need something and it's in stock, it's 25-30% more than the usual haunts. Dirty store...low morale employees just standing around. If that's your preference, by all means. This spot is used if I'm driving by or need something in a pinch.
