Fantastic experience here. Went for a traffic court hearing and while I was scheduled for 8:30 and didn't get heard until about 9 it wasn't a huge deal considering I scheduled approximately a hour and a half to be spent here. The staff was courteous, and the defense attorney was able to get me a great deal that I was happy with the conclusion of.

I had to go to the court and get them
My experience with the Merrimack Court is that they usually run on time and the staff is very helpful. The clerks can give you answers to questions like "when is my next court date?" They are not allowed to give legal advice. If you want legal advice, you should contact a lawyer.
Show up. It should still be open. Your hearing might be delayed but it should still happen.
This is a lower level court. Anything to do with a birth certificate would likely need to be done through a higher court. But my guess is no, it can't be done at all.
