Don't waste your time. They are rude and act like they are doing you a favor when you trade anything in. Their prices went up. I can get the same stuff on sale at any retailers new. Shopping there isn't worth their attitude

I felt judged the moment I walked in this building, I came to donate all my kids clothes and shoes and I called before I drove 40 minutes to drop off and they told me they needed and was accepting and when I got there they told me they would go through it and after 30 minutes they went through 3 leaf garbage bags of stuff and chose two things to give credit for, I didn’t even need credit for everything I just needed it gone lol and at that everything there was overpriced or shall I say Brice’s high considering I know all the items was good because half the items had tags and still in the package I just hate the way I was treated all except the lady that helped me take my things out but they literally treated me like I didn’t belong and it was very uncomfortable I was ignored while I was there and turned away my time and gas was wasted smh 🤦🏽♀️ I own multiple companies and help many people and home nobody goes here

They give you barely any money for the stuff you bring in, or a little more in store credit. They are very picky and then down so much even things like brand new clothes, clothes with tiny almost hard to see stains, toys that maybe are missing one item, as well as brand new toys that they deem unfit just because. Will no longer do business with them. Waste of time.
