They don’t make business owners like Alex any more. He did an amazing job on my livingroom and bedroom carpets. Also, my couch finally smells clean again after my dog peed on it. This was by far the most professional carpet cleaning service that I have ever paid for. Not only will I use Elon Carpet Care all the time from now on but I am recommending it to everybody that I know who has carpets. Even my dog Leo likes Alex and that is very rare. I guess my dog is a good judge of character because Alex is a stand up guy. By the way, all his cleaning liquids are non-toxic which is a must when you have pets and kids.

Generally, you should pick up loose items off the floor. Toys, books and breakables should be put away. Relocate any small pieces of furniture such as dining room chairs, magazine racks, etc from the areas to be cleaned before we arrive. Thank you.
Absolutely! Many fabrics have “dry clean only” markings. The manufacturer does this to limit their liability so they are not responsible if an inexperienced technician ruins a piece of furniture while trying to clean it. The only problem is dry cleaning is not a very effective cleaning method. However our experienced technicians can wet clean various types of fabric and fibers since we use the proper cleaning solutions, do not over wet it, dry it quickly and clean the fabric in the proper direction so way the fabric lays is not disturbed. We clean open areas around your furniture with basic furniture moving, (i.e. small coffee tables, chairs, ottomans) with our base price. Note: Elon Carpet Care will not move furnishings that are too heavy, awkward, costly, or delicate to move. (i.e. – china cabinets and/or fine china, entertainment centers). Thank you.

Drying time depends on humidity levels, airflow to the rooms cleaned, and the type of carpet. In general, turning on your air conditioning or fans will help accelerate dry times. Elon Carpet Care has developed a proprietary speed-drying system which ensures that your carpet or upholstery is dry in the same or by next day.
