The worst service ever. I get mail for everyone that had my street address except for my mail. They can’t read to sort mail correctly

Haven't gotten my mail for over a month now. I tried to do a change of address and had to cancel it. Everything I call, they keep telling me it will come. Now I have missed an important court date and some other important mail and guess what?? I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MAIL.

There is another Brooklyn location for dropping off packages on ritchie highway. The carriers for both locations are based out of cherry hill
Where we file our mail you have to go to ostend st or 10 tenth st in Brooklyn
No, it doesn't. It's simply a sorting and distribution center. No, customer services.
This is not open to the public, it is only for mail carriers
