They do pierce teens as long as a parent or legal guardian is present! I'll let someone else answer pricing. Sometimes they have a special where you would need to only purchase the jewelry in-house and then be pierced by one of the newer piercing artists (must be sure to ask if that special is happening because they don't take on new piercing artists very often...otherwise, the norm is that you would pay the piercing fee and the cost of the jewelry). I highly recommend asking for Belle or Tori when you call to set up your appointment. ☺

Hi Denyse, we dont sell the L-shape style jewelry. We have hundreds of different gems to pick from, the base price starting at $20, and the 18g posts are $15. You'd be looking at $35 for a new set of implant grade titanium jewelry, or a higher cost if you fall in love with any of our solid gold options!

You need to go into the shop for estimates - they need to know the size, how many colors will be used, and how much detail you want. All of that effects price. Shop min. I believe is $50. Some artists, like Colt (my personal favorite) are $150 per hour.

Belle did my piercings. I actually travel to Ybor from NY to get my tattoos from Amanda and piercings with Belle. As far as I know? She'll pierce with what's in their cabinet/display. I am unsure as to bringing in outside materials. Sorry...
