Have a Dyson vacuum that was not working. Swung by to see if it could be fixed. I was nervous because on the phone the guy was kind of brisk. That was a mistake. In person he was very nice and easy to get along with. For a very reasonable price he made a couple tweaks to my vacuum and fixed it. Was even able to do it while I waited. Happy to recommend 4-D
