Very friendly and comforting atmosphere. Dante gave step by step instruction on the use of the equipment and recommended the App that would help me monitor my breathing progress. He was reassuring about how I would feel after the first night of using the equipment and made sure I had the exact proper fitting mask that was the best for me.

I have called their phone number and don't get an answer. They never call back. I use to be able to get through to them with no problems at all. The last time I got Nasal Canules it was through my old company Austin Medical which is bought from Matrix or Aero Care... Very unhappy with them.....
I recommend taking your questions directly to your insurance provider. This company is one of the best DME providers we've used. I've had similar issues with questions around insurance and my share of cost with many suppliers and found out the problem actually rests with my insurance provider, Florida Blue, who contracts with CareCentrix as the middleman for DME and supplies. I have nothing good to say about Carecentrix; all of their negative Google reviews are well-deserved.
